Ted Kang is the lead pastor of San Jose Christian Alliance Church, a vibrant faith community of 1000+ people from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. He has taught on personal and team leadership development at various gatherings around the world. His passion is to develop healthy leaders who will ‘lead’ and ‘love’ with courage and strength to bring about changes that will impact families, communities, and society for generations to come. Ted is married to his beloved wife, Sandy, and fathers four beautiful daughters.

Nathan Edwardson is the founder of the Stirring, a Venue, Coffee House, Co Lab, and faith community in Redding, California. A creative visionary, he integrates his love of music, story and film with his passion for shaping influencers who will shape the world. Along with his wife, Erica, they dream of families being made whole, cities awakened, and the world drenched in its creative potential in the most redemptive and impactful ways possible. Cheryl Ho Thieu
Cheryl Ho Thieu is the co-founder of the Valley Homeless Healthcare Program, an organization that has profoundly disrupted how Silicon Valley cares for its most vulnerable. In her work as a physician who specializes in both Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine, she brings care to the streets — in shelters, to homeless encampments, and most recently, in partnership with local government and non-profit agencies, to provide permanent supportive housing for those most likely to die on the streets. She is a clinical assistant professor (affiliated) at the Stanford University School of Medicine and serves on a national research effort that hopes to inform US policy around homelessness and the opioid addiction crisis. Her passion is in the area of justice, and she hopes to inspire faith communities to become vibrantly involved in their local communities. Cheryl is married to Douglas, who together with their three young children, helped to start and lead a new faith community, New Vine Community Church, in Mountain View, CA.

Tinasha LaRayé
Tinasha LaRayé is a poet, actress, and filmmaker who has an intense passion to tell stories of diversity worldwide. As a communicator, she intersects spirituality and creativity to tackle big topics such as leadership, race, culture, and creative renaissance. She is a spoken word artist and a budding speaker known for her humor, wit, and poetic flare and is received by a wide variety of audiences such as schools, religious spaces, inner city communities, artistic groups and conferences in the USA and abroad. Her passion is to help awaken the inner creative in individuals and to inspire a generation to use creativity to create more than art work, but to create new realities. She currently resides in Redding, CA

Joshua Johnson
Joshua Johnson is tech entrepreneur turned real estate developer. At 32 years old he quit his job as CEO of the tech company he founded to become a land developer. As a result of a dream, he suddenly had a passion to influence the way people lived and connected in a digitally immersed world. Joshua is now directly leading over $12MM of real estate projects that put into practice some of the ideas he has for better human connections in our cities. Joshua’s style of leadership is driven through vision and friendship. He works daily with city and county governments, business professionals, nonprofit leaders, elected officials, and private landowners. Most of what Joshua has learned and looks forward to sharing has come through hard knocks, a deep faith, and perseverance to see things through to the end.

Sandy Kang, a proud mother of four daughters, is the Founder and Director of Gateway Preschool Academy. She, with her husband Ted, lead a thriving spiritual community, where she provides strategic vision and leadership for children, youth, women and families. Sandy’s leadership carries into her children’s public school, as she pursues a culture of intentional community engagement for children’s educational success. Her passion is to equip and empower people of all stages in life to discover their greatest potential and lead with vision, character and grit.
