Q. Is there a fee to attend the Summit?
A. Yes, there is a registration fee for all attendees. However, your sponsor has chosen to cover your cost.
Q. What are the parking accommodations?
A. Free on-site parking as available.
Q. What is the attire for this event?
A. Casual to business casual.
Q. Can I attend only a part of the Summit?
A. To get the full experience and as each module builds on top of the other, attendees are encouraged to be in attendance for the entire event.
Q. How do I sign up for the Workshops?
A. There will be a sign up booth on Friday evening.
Q. Will there be food and/or beverages served?
A. Cheese & crackers and hot tea will be served on Friday evening between 5:00-6:00 PM. A light breakfast of pastries and coffee/tea will be served on Saturday morning between 8:30 – 9:00 AM. A buffet deli sandwich lunch will be served on site on Saturday. The Summit covers the costs for all foods and beverages.
Q. What if I have a dietary constraint?
A. Please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Q. Will I be able to register as a walk-in attendee?
A. Seats are limited to 100 individuals. There will be no guarantees of open spots once we reach capacity.
Q. Where will the Summit be held?
A. Main sessions will be held in the “Tivoli Ballroom” on the lower level of Sheraton San Jose Hotel. Locations for the four workshops will be announced on Saturday.
